Big congratulations to Jody Faldborg of Snohomish, Washington. Our home-town girl brought home the 2004 AQHA Amateur Reining world championship on Badges Disco Laddie this year after her mother, Laurie, won it last year on Smart Smokin Gun. The Faldborgs train with Bob Avila, but I'm thinking the wins must be attributed something in the Washington water (and the Faldborgs happen to be nice people).

Tamra Kyle of Whitesboro, Texas, took home 6th place in the Amateur Reining finals on KR Chex Mix, sired by Kyle Ranch stallion Tejons Peppy Doc.
