One of the more animated, offensive, and repugnant speakers of the Illinois House, Mr. Sacia said all livestock "must go to the big Cavel plant in the sky. It has to happen, be it a lamb, be it a hog, be it a steer, be it a horse..." This, after multiple references to his having "the manliness... that part of a man's anatomy that determines manliness" to watch chilling slaughter video footage... and still vote to open the Cavel horse slaughter plant.

To this, we owe Jim Sacia the Studded Codpiece of Shame. Yes, Jim, it takes a real man to kill horses. And you're the man.
