Comparing the text ("content") of the two design home pages, we'll see author Danielle of Caprine Designs liberally plagiarized the original text published at Equine Web Design's design home page.

Plagiarized content is highlighted below in matching "pairs" of colors for easier comparison between the two frames below:

Yes, I do believe that fits the dictionary's definition of plagiarism, all right. Not to mention the HTML code, layout, and style sheets are the same in the version Caprine Designs published before receiving a Notice of Infringement from Equine Web Design.

Let me remind you Danielle wrote, "the designs I use, colors, graphics, photos, and text on my site are originally written and designed by me" and "I don't know who you are, but I have not plaigarized anything. You may want to consult the dictionary as to what plaigarism actually means", in her defense. Just a reminder. Unfortunately, comparing the HTML code and style sheets prove this cannot be true. Caprine Design's version is a duplicate of original content published by Equine Web Design.
 

Mysteriously absent in Caprine Design's plagiarized design home page is the sentence from Equine Web Design's original design home page:

"...Equine Web Design has stayed in the forefront of innovative layout and design. While many designers have copied our layouts..."

Apparently, that block of text was sent to the Caprine Design's cutting room floor. It must have hit too close to home.
 

Caprine Designs used Equine Web Design's style sheet, HTML layout, and plagiarized content for its own design site. After receiving a Notice of Infrigement from Equine Web Design, the Caprine Designs web site was taken offline. Imagine our surprise when another site, oldtimefoxtrotters.com, also designed by Caprine Designs, surfaced using the same HTML code and layout.
